lol @ Azrael regarding the grass.

It is slower to react, but Subaru have been cautious for obvious reasons in the setting. With it in Auto mode though, you can certainly feel the biase to the rear until it detects the fact it needs to start shifting torque.

My car is a MY03, which was the first one to have the DCCD-A , but with the suspension on it the car is very neutral with it in Auto mode. Of course, by adjusting the diff setting to be more open, oversteer can be dialled in by as many bucket loads as your arse will take.


This also comes in to it's own on the drag strip....

A number of the 1/4m drag queen's set the diff to locked position off the line and then immediately change to fully open, once away..... so many uses for such a small button and wheel.

It's all way too much for my brain to cope with.
