Are you joining one of these 'get rich quick, earn £100,000 a year' courses. Load of balls IMHO. I’m an apprentice plumbing and heating engineer, ive just turned 16 (getting a fezza soon) and will be training for at least another 2-3 years BEFORE I can go for my CORGI reg. So 6 months is very optimistic, im not trying to insult anyone but I think some people would need a reality check as they are being naive if they think it is an easy career. Ive been working for my employer for over a year and have nowhere near learned enough to achieve NVQ level 2.

My boss was working for 5 years before he went self employed, a lot of companies will go under as soon as they are started.

If you want to earn £100,000++ be a dentist.

All in all, I think I have chosen the right trade to work in and would recommend it to anyone, just get the correct tools (hilmor, rothenberger, monument, bahco, kopex etc.) -Cos you are only as good as your tools.

Get one of these and earn your cash!
