Was it sticky inside aswell?

Right, as for the idle, i'm not too up on the finer aspects, BUT im sure the zetec management is a later developement of the EEC IV management, and i know 100% on that the idle speed is conrolled by the ECU and can't be adjusted with the throttle screw.

What is it idling at?
