Anyone out there totally clued up on boost controllers?

What type is best for FRS?

Where is cheapest/best place to buy them?

How many stages should it have 2/3?

Where and how do you get them set up properly? rolling road?

Is it low boost 1st and 2nd gears then high boost after that?

Any advice help greatly appreciated.
