i pushed the flap down and there is a bit of resistance. ive taken the nut off the fuel filter and the fuel sprayed out then stopped, i tookn the bolt rite out and wrapped a rag round the pipe and crancked it over for a few secs and the rag was soaked in fuel.

i tried to turn it over again today. after a few atempts i took the plugs out and they were bone dry and then put new plugs in, tried again and took 1 out and was bone dry again
