6gb is gonna be hard drive based - which is okay, but like I said - HDD based units have moving parts (basically a mini HDD with a needle to read the disc) so are more susceptible to corruption and getting stuck. Tho you do have to give em a pretty good hard whack to get em to skip, thanks to the buffer levels in em....

I would be looking then at the Creative products, as Creative stuff seems to be very VERY good indeed - not cheap tho!
