It gets even more expensive when you take into account how long you spend there time wise.

The plane aint gonna wait for you so you have to take positioning costs into account.

I think it works out cheaper if you get a bigger plane with more people than a small jet. From what I recall talking to my mate a private jet return to East Coast USA is around the £125,000 mark. That may have been one way.

Does Glasgow or Edinburgh airport handle big enough planes? I think ive been into Edinburgh on a 757 which will go across the pond. Not sure if it would make it to Las Vegas non stop???
