When they say last they mean how long it takes until you eaten them all.
So start with first pill at 0 minutes, second at 30 min and the third and last is gone by 60 min.
it says how long will they last and they last 90 minutes because if you took another one within that time youd be exceeding the dosage.
Add a 4th pill to the equation and you could only take that 4th pill on 90 minutes, why ?, because thats how long 3 last
