you just have to be aware that, particularly on deresricted sections, there will always be somebody else wanting to go faster than you and it is their civil right to do so (freier fahrt fuer freier buerger).

if you do not move out of the way quickly enough, you can expect that they will move very closely behind you, as that is the accepted driving culture there and the way to show that you should move over to let a faster car through.

just be aware that it's not poxy uk, and that you should expect something to be coming up behind you at any speed (in excess of 150mph is not uncommon ), not just a little bit over 70mph, so do not move out a lane if doing so will mean slowing down something coming from behind. it's the same rules as uk, just without the speed limit which means that the speed differential is higher so you have to take more care before pulling out in somebody elses way.
