Cheers for your help guys, will have a go at fitting the front section from the magnex to my system, friendly with someone who does stainless welding so will have to give him a shout. Would like a mongoose backbox or system myself but can't really go buying another exhaust, lol.

Next question the magnex frontpipe seems to touch the sump as i've got a zvh bottom end where as the scorpion system has pleanty of clearance, has anybody found this or think it will cause a problem?
