Have one at work, only use it now and again, but it has been known to do Sierra's on occasion
You can knife it out from the inside, but you really need the interior panels stripped to do it, and you run a big risk of scratching the outside paint aswell...

I cut these out in an hour a side if I am saving the glass
If the glass it already broken then that cuts it down to about 15/20mins a side
And thats all with a normal blade knife, not even with the ossy saw...
But then, I do do it for a living lol...
