did you know that one of these hand held units, in common use over here, was shown up in a US court, when it shown that one of the court walls was travelling at 4mph....

1. was it a copper or a civilian operator?
2. was it calibrated?
3. was it being used within its recommended guidelines for distance, oncoming trafic, stationary objects etc.

at the end of the day, you were travelling at what may have been an inapropriate speed for the road you were travelling, equally so, it doesnt mean that the circumstances in which you were zapped were within the law.
