As part of the ongoing work on my RS today ive removed all the old ford bushes on the rear of the car,ready to have the anti-roll bars and suspension arms shot blasted and powder coated

It was a fookin game gettin all the old bushes out , but what is the best way of putting the new bushes in without damaging them?il prob re-fit polybushes i think the main suspension arm pivot bushes will be the worst
