it was a county court so no appeal

and as it was so long ago (5 years) my breif said i won't really stand a chance

oh well, i'm sure that the next time someone hits me up the arse i will not be phoning the accident helpline to not pursue lots of money for damages to my back

i'll see if i can get his big speach in writing, especially the bit where he says "i believe him and think you were looking at another car"

then i'll find the bit that says "there was me in my estate, him in his black scorpio, and a white van that were the only vehilces that were on the slip road and the dual carriageway"
and then i'll still lose

i was venting to my mrs about it and said i should have just got up and lamped him one when she said "that would have got you a bigger fine" to which i replied "at least i would have actually done it"
