Default Any electrical Peeps???

If a car's ABS pump is running all the time even when the keys aren't in the ignition, could it be caused by a shorted out relay??

We think that a relay (which didnt have a cover on) has shorted out on the body or something...

If not the relay what else could have caused it (bar the fusebox, thats fine)
