technically speaking it would 'fix' one with no shaft play as long as it was just the seals that were fucked but the unit wouldnt be balanced and may 'screach' or just not last very long!
what do you mean when you say 'screach'
do you mean a screach sound ? I get a kinda screach noise when I change gear just before the dump valve......it only does it when its above 15psi though, is that what you mean
