Indeed it is mate.
Its lines designed to flow 400bhp of nitrous, then used to flow 50 instead, which results in a massive amount of un-needed phase change which results in a drop in performance and an increase in cost, due to an increase of gas consumption for the same gains as when its done properly with correctly sized lines instead.
Its fine if you want a nitrous kit for its looks though
