I had 75hp Nitrous Express Wet kit installed in my long gone 1.6 EFI Nova, what a f**king blast that was!!!.

I got the kit from Nemesis Performance in Essex and it was quite simple to plumb in. Didnt take long to get used to either. Car felt more responsive at high revs. It certainly gove 2.0ltr redtops and standard RS's a run for their money.

All you really need to do is be careful with any kit. This type of modification is suited for n/a and turbocharged vehicles and does not require any major modifications.

From what I can remember when Nitrous Oxide burns it produces 10 times more oxygen (i think!!! correct me if I am wrong) and with a wet kit you add the additonal petrol to enable the oxygen to be burnt rather than detonating your engine.

Basically it acts like a turbocharger. forcing more oxygen at higher pressure into the engine.

I ran a diy install nitrous express system for over a year with no detrimental problems, and I could chase anything for fun.

Remember to have a professional check over the installation if you do it yourself to make sure you aint made a mistake. I trapped the main nitrous feed on my first attempt.!!!!

Great little mod. Just dont tell the insurance!!!! or the cops!!!!!
