I have a few quick questions about NoS. I am after fitting it to my 2.0L zetec (Probably a 50 shot ideally).

Now my questions are, do i require an aftermarket management system to run it? Does the ignition timing need to be retarded? Aside from using Focus RS plugs, do i require any uprated parts such as fuel pump or bigger fuel lines etc?

My mate was also telling me that you need to perform a set of cooling down procedures after using it, is this bollox? Im sure i have never heard of anything like that.
