I personally run a Magnex system (with Flexi) and a Mongoose backbox

The flexi does help take away stress and should help with the nuts working loose...

You can actually get a flexi section for Mongooses too I'm sure of it, I've seen mongooses with them, but maybe they were produced elsewhere (they are shorter than the Magnex version)
