BOOM! beat him to it. See his bad spelling and stupidity get him out of this

I would like to report this Ebayer for an unpaid item. The reason he will not pay is long and drawn out in various E-mails between us which can be available to you upon your request.

He admitted at one point his girlfriend/partner bidded on the item without his consent, then when he got home he realised it was not the item he wanted. He is now trying to push the blame onto me that the item is not pictured/described properly.

May i draw your attention to my auction listing for one 'Ford Fiesta MK3 RS Turbo Spoiler' (item no:4624830177). The listing provides mroe than enough information on the item, and also includes TWO 800x600 high quality pictures AND a standard Ebay picture. Basically, he is saying that i have not described the item properly because i said 'RS-TURBO spoiler'.

The item is a genuine Ford RS part that was advertised in the 90's to fit the Ford RS fiesta, and the ford RS-TURBO fiesta, and was sold through official Ford dealerships. The item will also fit every single Ford fiesta MK3, including the Turbo models.

I have no less than 10 E-mails with abuse in them from him, which not only wasted my time, but will be reported as spam to my internet service provider.

I know my cars, and i know my parts....I have described the item perfectly, and all he had to do if he was unsure was E-mail me before the auction ended. But like i said, he was not in control of the account at the time.

I have given him bad feedback simply because i don't think this Ebay member would come to a reasonable conclusion. I would like to be refunded for this inconveiniance, which is in no way my fault. I have many happy customers, which can be seen by my feedback....unfortunately this member chose not to follow suit. please advise me what will be done to deal with this member, as i am absolutely feed up to the back teeth with members securing items then contacting me after when they realise its not what they want. Thank you, and kindest regards, Spence (FrenchConnectionUK)
