Hi I just recently joined and this is my first thread after reading the forums for a few weeks and not saying much


Currently I'm changing the engine in my mondeo, it's a 1.8, I was wondering if it's worth putting much of the 2 litre stuff on the engine to make it last longer or more powerful. I know the 2 litre cams are very worthwhile but is there anything else such as flywheel etc etc.

The obvious answer is get a 2 litre in the first place but its a spare engine im fitting anyway so it doesnt owe me much
