look under the mirror caseing shroud and you will see a small hole.insert a skinny flathead screwdriver in to the hole until you feel it contact something then move the screwdriver handle towords the window or away from the window(not sure).this rotates the mirror unlock device.be careful it doesnt fall out at this point and smash on the ground
