it depends what your after really but most of our lads want continuity and would rather take say £100 a week less if it means them staying employed, in my office we get about 10 calls a day from lads who have worked for us or are just wanting a start becuase there not much around at the moment.
we had 2 joiners leave our company in december and rang back up for a start 10 weeks later as there was nothing around.
