Yes BUT i had a letter before they changed it So there for i should only pay whot is in BLACK and WHITE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why the f%*k did DVLA post them all out when they new it was going to change

This country is getting worse Bleeding us dry and Give F%*K loads of are money ABOARD when we need it for are hospitals / old people / schools ect But thats just my thoughts
