can you combine an escort turbo bottom end with a fiesta xr2i 8v efi head to give you the equivelant as the normal fiesta turbo engine ?

not trying to be a smart arse but am an english guy staying in hollnd, own an original dutch fiesta turbo, my engine is making funny noises, need to get a replacement, only 34 fiesta turbos were sold here, spares are like rocking horse s@%t !! so looking for a solution !!
