strange really. it would start my engine from cold or hot no problem.

is your fuel pressure correct?

have you calibrated the sensors (especially the MAP to give a zero reading when engine off)? think it's called sensor trim or something?

compare the original 4803 map with the 'estate' map and see if there is a difference in injector duration in one way or another. if there is, maybe increase it in that direction if the 'estate' map runs a little better.

get a wb lambda sensor really, otherwise you're pissing in the wind a bit
