I've stopped doing it as of now, as long as the rule is across the board. The only reason I ever started was as retaliation to Dave and his constant picking on everyone else, to prove that he isn't perfect in that department. I don't think I have ever picked on anyone except Dave, with perhaps one or two (but no more) exceptions.
