Just been and tried the metering head again.

When i loosen one of the fuel pipe nuts on the top theres no fuel coming out, but when i loosen the nut on the fuel return to the tank is squirts out.

So...has anyone had this problem ? theres about 7-8 volts going to the metering head with the ignition on. im not sure how the metering head works, is it likely that its just packed up ?
