when i did the zetec conversion i tested one of the injector plugs witha multimeter to see if i was getting a pulse to them, all was well so i connected it up but it ran like a back of shit when i started it....
...turned out after week of head scratching that id bend the pins inside the plug juuust enough to not make proper contact, so was getting no fuel on that injector....
just thinking you might have done the same thing with them plugs?
youve not touched the coolant temp sensor have you? i had hassle with mine starting from cold when that packed up aswell....
