Ive tried with the cold start disconnected and with someone pushing the metering flap down............but at seperate times.

With the cone filter off i can see the metering flap bobbing up and down when im turning it over.

And we put the plugs back on the exact same way they were when it was starting.


Ive just been out, puched the metering flap down and theres a strong smell of petrol in there. Theres power to both the loom plugs on the metering head but.............the four fuel pipes that bolt into the top of the metering head, i loosened one of those off, got my mate to crank it and i expected a big squirt of petrol out of it........but nothing
