Are all the plugs on correctly?


When turning it over, get someone to hold the metering flap down bout 1cm, with cold start disconnected, see what happens then! (thats the only way i can get mine to start off the key )

Could it be possible the cold start valve is flooding the engine whilst you crank it? disconnect it!
