stop stop stop!!!!!!! what are you doing? several well knowledged people have given you advice! and you are not listening! forget 18 psi on stdrd chip IT DONT HAPPEN! end of....unless some clever little genius has gone into your ecu and cut the leg on the chip that conrols the over boost setting, but then at 18 psi you would completely melt your pistons in 30 seconds as the standard chip cant deal with the fuel demand so what you need to do again is....
throw your gauge in the bin! put a new one in!
put your chipped ecu in the car!
put the - 31 actuator on the turbo!
NOW GO TO YOUR NEAREST TUNER AND GET IT SET UP
PROPERLY!!!!
