Me neither, it was pasta that i found really hard to live without. Crisps were kinda hard too but i didn't miss rice or bread, only when the lads came over for a curry.
There's so much more out there to help you with Atkins these days. I started getting nosebleeds and my doctor said it was down to Atkins so i stopped but the nosebleeds carried on. Found out recently that it was actually down to hayfever and pet allergies and nothing to do with Atkins at all!!!! It's amazing what people will try and put down to Atkins and if you're none the wiser you believe them.
