The 28k is over the whole time he's had the car. It's been reshelled, repainted different engines wheels etc until it got to how it is now -actually it's probably different by now, he mentioned doing some more bits to it.
Exactly, same as mine, if i told everyone how much i had spent on mine i'd be committed, but 3 paint jobs, 7 sets of wheels, 4 engines etc... it adds up
