Did Atkins in October last year and came off it in February this year. Lost 1 1/2 stone overall and have kept it off. When i started Atkins i didn't have anyone to help guide me so i did lots of stuff wrong and started actually putting weight on and getting headaches. It's really important to drink plenty of water and take the vitamins. Once you get the hang of it it's not that difficult and when i did it there were no low carb products that are around today.
