for cream cheese i use Ricotta. you could try cottage cheese, slighty different. just experiment.
i find good snacks are pepperramis and babybell cheeses although don't go to nuts with the cheese as it does have a small number of carbs.
also you can get some low carb products, chocolate bars, breakfast bars etc. you shouldn't really eat those in the first weeks but i have
