Well you seem to of checked a lot of things, the only thing i will point out is its useless replacing the hydraulic lifters in a CVH. Cam wear causes the lifters to wear, if the cam is knackered it will turn new lifters into scrap in minutes.

The only way forward is a new cam and lifters.
