any chaps on here got any ideas as to why a freshly tuned RST engine wont start when its cold??


(when i say freshly tuned its covered less than 1k miles since Jamsport gave it a good tune up and then boost increase BUT it has been sat for 8 months, and has been run up and used for approx 12 hours over the last 2 weeks)


seems to me its not getting enough fuel to start it from cold, if i remove the air filter and hold the flat down for a second or two (with ignition on) try again and two turns and it will start fine

BTW its an S2 engine in a mk5 shell
