I`m going to upgrade my cars suspension in the near future. I`m not sure about what parts to get and need your advise

My prioritys ar first of all preformance, I want the car to be faster, not nesseseraly much lower. I definently do NOT want the car to sit to low at the back, I think it should have a slight forward stance! I might even keep the original springs if some really good dampers would do. I do not want coilovers as they ar not road-leagle i norway..
