It would be an after market pressure regulator and yes a facet pump, not hard to wire up mines only 2 wires which you could either wire to the ignition or fit a seperate switch.

Still got my setup sat in the box havnt got round to fitting them yet, i'm not bad mate just relaxing at home full of this flu thats going around
