as regards to 'sports susp' its gonna be very dificult to get a smooth ride in an RST
they really are just rattly.. esp when lowered with Koni/spax/whatever.
You could just lower it using new standard suspension.. my mate did this about 6 months ago.. it certainly isnt anywhere near as bumpy as mine.. but it is a LOT more whallowy round corners
(it looks like hes 'floating' round!)
