nope stu is right, lots and lots of water
it does work if your do it properly and don't slack/cheat
i started on it for the second time(did it early last year) 2 weeks ago tomorrow and have lost 9lb so far
take it easy on the eggs and cheese in the first couple of weeks as these have a few carbs in them, you wann have a MAX of 20 net carbs a day. also try to avoid artificial sweetners in products.... plenty of fish too. i had cream cheese and salmon rollups for breakie today.
