Not really, unless you can magic 30deg ambients . Then you could remove the plugs and let the warmth evaporate the excess fuel away that is sitting on the top of the pistons .

Just no more cold starting until you are able to drive the car.

You could start it and leave it running for a good few cycles of the fans (using the method I suggested with the plug leads). May require the car running for 30 minutes or so. Once cleared DON'T do it again .
