That's your problem
. The plugs are being fouled by the fact that they constantly being subjected to the cold start program without ever being warmed up properly. Do NOT do this

To remedy, pull spark plug leads off plugs, then put them back again so ther are just RESTING on the plugs without being fully seated back down. Start the car and then drive it for a few miles until the car has fully warmed up (may take 6-7 miles to clear out all the unburned fuel etc). Once the car is running better, push plug leads fully home and then NEVER start and run for short periods again
