Sorry to hear this mate.

Hate the word myself as my mum got breast cancer last year, but she also has made a full recovery. It was horrible to see my mum with a bald head, but she kept positive and went through all the treatments, which some people find hard to do.
Make sure you dad goes through with all his treatments, however horrible they can be .

The other thing you need to do is get your dad to read these posts as it is more positve than negative, even though he might not be an RS man.
He might end up being a member and keep his mind off it hopefully.
