well i am doing sport and fitness at college , all protein does is makes your mascles grow ( in simple terms)
it could be somethin like artheritis of the shoulder joint ???
were does it actually hurt ?
what type of pain is it ??
is it a constant pain ??
Have u suffered fromt his b 4 ?
What have u / or could u have doen to make this happen ??
