Really pisses me off, i have been paying for car insurance for many years and never claimed. Finally need to claim and they wont help me
Not what you want to hear, but very few insurance companies will pay out for this sort of thing, personal effects is usually 100-150 quid max and sometimes has a £100.00 excess
-it's basically to stop you claiming at all-it WILL all be in your policy booklet mate
They dont look at it from 'havent claimed' point of view-they look at it purely from a black and white 'is it covered' point of view.
