im off on holiday in 3 weeks, and bit of a porky fukka so ideally id like to loose a stone before i go. i have started the atkins but just want some advice.
basically i need ideas for menus, for instance tomoz im gonna have
brekkie: 2 rashers bacon, 1 fried egg, 3 mushrooms
lunch: at the mo i have 1 chicken breast, 1 bunch of celery - nice...
dinner: chicken breast with cheese omlette
what do you guys eat???
and drinks too, at work ill have black decaff coffee and water.
gonna try and stay off alcohol for 3 weeks
any info is greatly appreciated cheers
