In an effort to get myself motivated and actually start building my Escos,i thought i might start a resto post so you can all abuse me and get my slack arse into gear..
So here she is,this is just after she arrived from a well known source in Scarborough..
This is Neil Callan`s old car(Carwise UK) and this is how she used to look when he had her
So far so good then...
Spec still aint finalised but for now she will be using my rebuilt A1 Rallysport motor(Nothing special,7.8:1cr,balanced,HP Pump etc etc) and will be running siemens injectors and either T4 or GT35 and a big plenum/cooler etc etc......
Also she is 2WD so should be mega fun..
All the running gear has been totally rebuilt and will be running polybushes,coilies,adj tca`s,Gp A mounts,330 AP fronts,300mm rears etc
Also managed to locate a couple of sets of 8x18 old style six spoke MO`s in Et15..(Nothing like having spares...
)
Will have the usual safety stuff...Secs monitor,egt,afr etc to stop me blowing her up...
